Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and production equipment efficiently and safely.
- Assemble, package, or inspect products to meet quality standards.
- Follow detailed instructions and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
