My manufacturing client based in Farnham is seeking a Machine Operator for a Temp to Perm position.
The role involves setting and operating hot and cold machines, monitoring the quality of parts, and using hydraulic press tools.
Candidates should have experience working on machines or in a factory environment and be able to work in a team.
The position offers a pay rate of £13.36 per hour, which amounts to £14.98 per hour including holiday pay.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8am to 3:30pm.

My manufacturing client based in Farnham are seeking a Machine Operator to join them on a Temp to Perm basis.

Role description:

Set and operate hot and cold machines
Responsible for monitoring the quality of parts
Informing supervisor promptly if defects are found
Setting and operating hydraulic press tools to clip parts and remove excess material
Ensuring correct PPE is used at all times
Melting aluminium and zinc in holding furnaces
Undertake training in other areas as required
Work in a team of four
Installing heavy tools in and out of the machine using hoists

Requirements

· Experience with working on Machines or in a factory environment

· Ability to work in a team

· Willing to be flexible with job role

Hours

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm

Fridays 8am to 3.30pm

Pay

£13.36ph + Holiday pay = £14.98ph
