FRA Carpenter

We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority.

My Client is currently looking for a FRA Carpenter for a Permanent position to carry out work in domestic properties in Guildford and surrounding areas.

Duties will include:

• Installations of fire doors
• Fire door installation - Fitting new fire doors that are premade ensuring compliance is met. - Constructing new fire door assemblies ensuring compatibility of all component parts to ensure compliance is met
• Exerience installing & carrying out remedial repairs to Fire Doors - Adjusting gaps to ensure compliance, general repairs due to damage, replacing hinges, changing damaged locks, fitting new locks, redoing plastering work around the doors
• Fixing Fire door signs
• Fire stopping
• Making good and finishing remedials and repairs of fire doors
• Upgrade fire doors
