Executive Chef - Fantastic New Opening Spring 2025 - Premium Fresh Restaurant

Salary: Up to £70,000 Package
A brand-new, stunning two-floor venue in Farnham is set to open in Spring 2025, complete with a 30-seat terrace. This exciting new concept will combine innovative gastro dining with a premium offering of wines and cocktails, creating a standout destination in the area.
We are searching for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead and shape the culinary experience from the very beginning.
Responsible for creating all menu's, helping hire and train a team of 8 chefs, involved in the opening of the new kitchen, sourcing suppliers, costings and margins, implementing procedures such a HAACAP, Allergens and all Food safety compliance.
What We Would LOVE From You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, ideally within a premium or high-end gastro environment.
- Experience with New Openings would be ideal for this role!
- A strong track record of leadership and team development, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Expertise in menu creation, with a focus on using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients to craft innovative dishes.
- Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, including stock control, budgeting, ordering, food costing, and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
