Executive Chef - New Opening Spring 2025

A brand-new, two-floor venue with a 30-seat terrace is opening in Farnham this Spring. The venue will offer innovative gastro dining alongside a premium selection of wines and cocktails.
We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen, create the menu, hire and train a team of 8 chefs, and oversee all kitchen operations. You'll also be responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing costs, and ensuring food safety compliance.
What we'd LOVE from you:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a premium or gastro setting. Experience with new openings is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in menu creation using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including stock control, budgeting, and food costing.
- Ability to maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
