JB385: Sales Support Co-ordinatorSalary: £29,500 per annumLocation: FarnhamOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities for the Sales Support Co-ordinator:

  • Providing support to members of the Sales team
  • Receiving and processing new / used machine sales orders
  • Liaising with the depot workshops, parts departments and 3rd party suppliers
  • Raising purchase orders / DTS requests
  • Monitoring machine costs and margins
  • Contribute to the overall success of Greenshields JCB Limited through teamwork and good communication within the Company.

Skills and Qualifications for the Sales Support Co-ordinator:

  • Proficient with Office applications; advanced Excel would be advantageous
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Previous experience within a sales support role is desirable
  • Personable, presentable and articulate
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Has a ‘problem-solving’ mindset
  • Strong team player
