CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Administrator

  • The candidate/Contract Administrator will be methodical, diligent and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and energetic environment. A history of previously working within a similar role or building services sector would be advantageous but not essential.
  • The candidate will have a good understanding of the common Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Understands the importance of deadlines and works with the team to help achieve them
  • High level of customer service

JOB INFORMATION - Administrator

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, filing and other general administration duties
  • Setting-up jobs on in-house system
  • Raising purchase orders for subcontractors, hire equipment and materials
  • Produce risk assessments and method statements for projects or new maintenance contracts being mobilised
  • General support of the business development team in delivering its key responsibilities to clients
  • Processing of orders on internal system when required
  • Dealing with materials & plant supply chain queries around payment / approvals of invoices etc.
