Job Description

As a Service Advisor you will be the face of our customer service department, working directly with clients to ensure their needs are met with care, expertise, and professionalism. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring that each customer’s experience is seamless and their service requirements are clearly communicated and effectively handled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Schedule service appointments, ensuring smooth coordination between the service team and customers.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and explain services, repair options, and timelines to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Uphold the company’s high standards for customer care and service excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a service advisor role (automotive or other industries).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of mechanics or automotive engineering is a bonus but not essential
