The key duties for theData Analystare:
- Ensuringall Stock Condition andRDSAPSurveys are uploaded in line with the Clients software and specification.
- Communicating with surveyors to ensure surveys are uploaded onto the portal on time
- Preparing postcode/property lists for surveyors.
Desirable Skills:
- A sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and SharePoint.
- A strong Stock Condition and RDSAP background.
- A sound working knowledge of IT generally.
- Attention to detail and very analytical.
- An ex-stock condition surveyor/graduate BS surveyor who has prior experience in the field.
Salary- 33,000-40,000 (DOE)
Hours- 37.5 hrs per week - 9AM to 5PM
Location- Farnham, Surrey.
