The Role:

You will lead small group interventions, deliver planned lessons in the teacher’s absence, and provide individualized support to pupils. Working collaboratively with teachers, you will assist in planning and preparation, ensuring all students are engaged and achieving their potential. What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a qualified HLTA or an experienced teaching assistant with HLTA accreditation (or equivalent). Experience in leading lessons, working with SEND pupils, or delivering interventions is highly desirable.
