As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional education, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:
As an HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across the school, taking on additional responsibilities to enhance student progress. You will lead small group interventions, deliver planned lessons in the teacher’s absence, and provide individualized support to pupils. Working collaboratively with teachers, you will assist in planning and preparation, ensuring all students are engaged and achieving their potential. This permanent position offers the chance to play a significant role in the educational journey of our pupils.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a qualified HLTA or an experienced teaching assistant with HLTA accreditation (or equivalent). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for supporting children’s learning and development. Experience in leading lessons, working with SEND pupils, or delivering interventions is highly desirable. A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to adapt to different learning needs are essential.
