Water Treatment Engineer

Are you an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer looking to join a dynamic and busy legionella compliance company? A well-established company based near Farnham, is looking for a skilled Water Hygiene Engineer to join their growing team.

You'll be based near Farnham. This is a full-time position with standard hours from Monday to Friday.

• Hours: 40 hours per week, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Some overtime may be required.

• Proven experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
• Strong knowledge and experience with L8 compliance.
• Ability to carry out:
  • PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) works.
  • Showerhead disinfections.
  • Cleans and disinfections.
  • TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing.
  • Water sampling and temperature monitoring.
  • Chemical testing and closed system analysis.
  • Basic remedial work.
• Experience working on a portfolio of commercial sites, schools, and NHS properties.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 (Approved Code of Practice for the control of legionella bacteria in water systems).

As a Water Hygiene Engineer, you can earn a starting salary ranging from £26k to £30k per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Holiday: 20 days of holiday + Bank Holidays.
