This role is ideal for an individual with a proactive and adaptable attitude, providing comprehensive support to a busy management team. The PA will be responsible for both private and professional duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diary management, administration, and in-house support for Senior Management.
  • Act as a key point of contact, handling enquiries and updating internal systems.
  • Organise and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage calls, take messages, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise meetings, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks and support head office operations.
  • Take meeting notes and support with documentation for key business discussions.
  • Assist with social media updates and Google reports to track business performance.
  • Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency within the organisation.

Experience ideally required for this role:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in diary management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, personable, and adaptable approach.
  • A proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Operations experience would be beneficial
