The role will include but isn't limited to the following...

Working on the production line, ensuring the product is being manufactured to company standard.
Forward thinking to ensure supplies do not run out causing a stop to production.
Quality Checking of the product and processes
Working as part of a well oiled team and leading by example where applicable
Keeping the production area clean, tidy & sterile.
Loading/unloaded supplies & the finish product.
General production duties.

The ideal candidate will have but isn't limited to the following...

Must have previous Manufacturing experience.
Be forward thinking & able to think three steps ahead of current task.
Must be a team player
Must be able to stand/work on their feet for the whole day.
Must drive & have your own transport due to the remote location of the production site.
Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations
Previous machine operative experience would be advantageous.
Basic Computer knowledge to document processes
Must be okay working in a strict sterile environment & adhere to the strict rules of the site. (No makeup, no false nails/nail polish, no false eyelashes, no jewellery, no perfume, hair must be tied back/neat & tidy. Must wear hair/beard net, Must adhere to rigorous hand washing & wear lap coat & steel toe capped safety boots.)

Hours, days & pay...

Rotating shift patterns -
6am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work, 3 to 4-hour shift on a Sunday, may be required
£26,250 per annum.
