Our future-forward Client, based in Farnham, is looking to have a new Production Operative join their team. This is a fabulous opportunity for the right candidate to work for an innovative, fun, and passionate company with a very family-run feel.

The role will include but isn't limited to the following...

  • Working on the production line, ensuring the product is being manufactured to company standard.
  • Forward thinking to ensure supplies do not run out causing a stop to production.
  • Quality Checking of the product and processes
  • Working as part of a well oiled team and leading by example where applicable
  • Keeping the production area clean, tidy & sterile.
  • Loading/unloaded supplies & the finish product.
  • General production duties.

The ideal candidate will have but isn't limited to the following...

  • Must have previous Manufacturing experience.
  • Be forward thinking & able to think three steps ahead of current task.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to stand/work on their feet for the whole day.
  • Must drive & have your own transport due to the remote location of the production site.
  • Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations
  • Previous machine operative experience would be advantageous.
  • Basic Computer knowledge to document processes
  • Must be okay working in a strict sterile environment & adhere to the strict rules of the site. (No makeup, no false nails/nail polish, no false eyelashes, no jewellery, no perfume, hair must be tied back/neat & tidy. Must wear hair/beard net, Must adhere to rigorous hand washing & wear lap coat & steel toe capped safety boots.)

Hours, days & pay...

  • Rotating shift patterns -
  • 6am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work, 3 to 4-hour shift on a Sunday, may be required
  • £26,250 per annum.
