Our client is expanding their team and has created a new opportunity for an Audit Manager to join their Farnham office. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid and flexible working options.

The Role

  • Develop and apply technical and commercial expertise to provide exceptional client service and advice
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their primary contact, and developing new revenue opportunities
  • Respond to ad hoc client queries, offering expert guidance and solutions
  • Lead and manage audit assignments from start to finish, overseeing teams, budgets, billing, and client satisfaction
  • Support tenders, proposals, and other business development activities to enhance the firm's reputation and expand the client base
  • Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of the audit and compliance teams
  • Line manage junior team members, offering coaching and career development support
  • Keep up to date with technical audit and accounting developments, delivering training to maintain high standards across the team

About You

  • ACCA / ACA qualified with at least 1-2 years PQE in practice
  • 5+ years' UK practice experience
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in audit
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality audit work
  • Strong commercial acumen with an aptitude for business development
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
