This well-established growing organisation based in Farnham are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. You will be joining a reputable organisation that is experiencing a fantastic period of growth and are now recruiting this new role into their finance team. Furthermore, this can be offered on either a full time or part time basis (30 hours a week). There are also opportunities for flexible/hybrid working and will suit a hands-on individual who is looking for a new challenge.

Finance Manager - About The Role

In this role you will be working within an established finance team and will be reporting into the Head of Finance. You won’t have any direct reports however you will be required to support with the training of new staff and improving internal processes. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Full preparation and production of the monthly management accounts.
  • Assisting with the preparation of the annual budget and tracking throughout the year.
  • Producing regular financial forecasts for senior management with full commentary.
  • Providing budget holders with monthly updates and advising them when required.
  • Responsible for analysing costs and other statistical information.
  • Reconcile the monthly payroll to the budget/forecast monthly.
  • Supporting the function in implementing efficient and effective financial processes.
  • Assisting with the year-end audit.

The successful Finance Manager will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • QBE or Part/Fully qualified candidates will be considered
  • Experience in producing monthly accounts
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
