I am looking for a proactive and detail-focused Compliance and Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our organisation complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to lead a team and foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with legal and internal standards.

Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential compliance issues.

Supervise the compliance team, offering guidance and support to ensure effective programme execution.

Collaborate with departments such as HR to ensure employees receive up-to-date compliance training.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all compliance-related activities.

Communicate updates on regulatory changes and compliance requirements across the organisation.

Assist in preparing compliance reports for senior leadership.

Promote a strong culture of compliance through internal training and awareness sessions.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a compliance or similar regulatory role.

Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks; experience with SharePoint is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
