Your Role & Impact

As a Level 4 Diploma Qualified Paraplanner, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality financial advice, ensuring every recommendation is tailored to meet the unique needs of clients. Your expertise will directly influence financial strategies and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support Financial Planners.
  • Prepare comprehensive suitability reports and financial plans.
  • Ensure recommendations align with client objectives and FCA compliance.
  • Use advanced financial planning tools (e.g., Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, Cashflow Modelling).
  • Maintain a proactive approach to industry developments and technical advancements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards Chartered).
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
  • Experience in writing suitability reports and conducting technical analysis.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for high-quality financial advice.
  • Familiarity with financial planning platforms and cashflow modelling software.
