Junior Paraplanner

This role is suited to those with experience within IFA Administration/paraplanning and working towards their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. The Company

The company are a medium-sized firm of chartered financial advisors, based in Surrey. They offer a training/support scheme and assistance in potential future studies to all employees. These employees also have the opportunity to join the Employee Ownership Trust, so you will become a genuine partner in the business and can benefit from its success. They also prioritise care of their clients, with remuneration to the firm through hourly fees rather than commissions, allowing them to give genuinely impartial advice to the clients.

The Role

Working in this role can vary somewhat as it depends on the level of experience on the candidate. If you have less experience, then it may involve more basic adminsitration work whilst you build into more techinical paraplanning work. Alternatively, for those with a bit more experience, you'll jump straight into the deep end with more technical research and report writing to support the advisor.
