C£29,000 - paid hourly Your new companyI am working with a fantastic and highly meaningful organisation to recruit a HR Systems Administrator for a 6 month contract. This role encompasses HR systems, pensions and some payroll duties. My client is looking to start someone very quickly! My client is based near Farnham, with a stunning office location. They will also look at flexible working but would prefer someone in the office a days a week. Part time working may be considered for exceptional candidates, but compressed hours is available. Your new roleKey duties:

  • Act as the first line of advice for any questions relating to the HR system.
  • Maintain data integrity in the HR system
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate HR records
  • Run regular HR reports
  • Check payroll inputs, to ensure payments are made on time

What you'll need to succeedAbout you

  • Past experience and be comfortable using HR systems and running reporting
  • Past experience with payroll
  • Strong skills with Excel, ideally knowledge of Vlook ups and pivot tables
  • You must be able to hit the ground running!
