***IFA ADMINISTRATOR***
Due to exceptional business growth a new opening has arisen for a efficient and detail orientated IFA Administrator to join a Financial Planning and Investment firm. This locally based organisation has not only building a reputation of putting their clients at the very heart of what they do but also being a hugely supportive and collaborative team.
Note this vacancy could suit experienced IFA Administrators who have started their CII studies with a view to progressing their career into a Paraplanning position.
Salary c.£25-32K depending on experience plus benefits which include being part of an Employee Ownership Trust and quarterly incentives

Key responsibilities for the IFA Administrator include,
  • Input client details onto an in-house system
  • New business administration
  • Liaise with clients for new business information, Terms of Business, tax returns
  • File checking for completeness
  • Liaise with product providers (e.g., for valuations, trusts, product terms)
  • Help advisers with meeting preparation, new client packs, agendas etc.
  • Supporting the Investment Proposition as necessary
  • Involvement in wider company projects as appropriate
The ideal IFA Administrator will need,
  • A background in Financial Services/Paraplanning preferred or a desire to enter the IFA industry
  • Ensure all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis
  • Respond to client contact and requests quickly and correctly
  • Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes and ensure relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have a supportive and collaborative approach
