IFA Administrator/Junior Paraplanner

This role is suited to those with experience within IFA Administration and working towards their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. This company offers hybrid working, a salary of up to £34,000 and after becoming an established administrator, there is a potential progression route to Paraplanning.

The Company

The company are a medium-sized firm of chartered financial advisors, based in Surrey. They offer a training and support scheme and assistance in potential future studies to all employees. They also prioritise care of their clients, with remuneration to the firm through hourly fees rather than commissions, allowing them to give genuinely impartial advice to the clients.

The Role

Within the role, no two days are the same! You’ll be supporting the advisory team from processing new business to liaising with both clients and providers, preparing for annual reviews and insuring ad-hoc requests, such as withdrawals, fund switches and top ups are completed. You'll also be writing basic reports with the plan to move into more technical reports over time.
