- Answering and directing calls
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person
- Managing appointments and scheduling
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean and professional front desk area
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be friendly, approachable, and professional
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask
- Have previous reception or office experience (preferred but not essential)
- Thursdays and Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
