- Conduct property viewings and provide market advice to clients
- Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from instruction to completion
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and leads
- Promote and sell additional services such as conveyancing and mortgage referrals
- Work closely with vendors and buyers, providing updates and support throughout the sales journey
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate property records
- Represent the brand in a professional manner both in the office and out in the field
- Previous experience in estate agency sales, ideally at negotiator or senior negotiator level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong local market knowledge is advantageous
- A proactive, target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary of £24,000 (DOE) with OTE of £30,000 – £40,000+
