This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of Recruitment within the business along with HR administration, supporting all areas of the organisation. If you're detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and manage the recruitment process
  • Resource candidates for specific roles required
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with relent team members
  • Address and resolve resource gaps efficiently
  • Implement cost-effective resourcing solutions for the business
  • Ensure all documentation, contracts, and agreements are current and compliant
  • Assist with HR administration tasks, including documentation and employee coordination
  • Support the wider HR team with various administrative duties as required

Experience Ideally Required for this Role:

  • Background in HR or recruitment is highly desirable
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
