This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of Recruitment within the business along with HR administration, supporting all areas of the organisation. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and manage the recruitment process
  • Resource candidates for specific roles required

  • Ensure all documentation, contracts, and agreements are current and compliant
  • Assist with HR administration tasks, including documentation and employee coordination
  • Support the wider HR team with various administrative duties as required

Experience Ideally Required for this Role:

  • Background in HR or recruitment is highly desirable
