The Role

As an IT Assistant, youll play a vital role in supporting the organisations technology needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and responding to IT helpdesk queries promptly.
  • Assisting with IT inductions and training for new team members.
  • Managing and updating IT equipment, software, and tools.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Identifying and implementing system improvements.
  • Supporting offices across the region with occasional travel.
