Technical Support and Troubleshooting?? Provide on-site technical support?? Remote Assistance: Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers?? Documentation: Maintain detailed records of technical issues?? System Maintenance and Upgrades?? Routine Maintenance?? Software Updates: Install and test firmware and software updates?? Hardware UpgradesEngineering knowledge and qualifications:Software/Mechanical/Engineering? Linux experience ? Networking experience (e.g. IP, network architectures)? Programming experience, understanding of programming practices (C++ ideally)? Aviation/flight operations experience? Piloting experience? Complex technical resolution
