***Learning & Development Administrator***A super new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and efficient Learning & Development Administrator to join our clients who are enjoying business growth. Ideally you will have experience with online learning and using a Learning Management System. Note that this is a temp to perm part-time position for 20 hours a week over 3 days (these hours/days could increase in the future) office or hybrid working offered.Salary - c.£30-34K (full time equivalent) pro rata depending on experienceKey responsibilities for the Learning & Development Administrator include,

  • All aspects of user account management (account creation, assignment of learnings, reporting, troubleshooting)
  • Uploading content into Learning Management System (documents, eLearnings, videos etc.)
  • Webinar scheduling via Zoom and Teams meetings
  • Completion reporting
  • Mailbox monitoring
  • Maintenance of documents/records associated with the Learning Management System
  • Management of CPD accreditations
  • Production support during online training programmes (training will be provided)
  • Management of registrations and communications

The ideal Learning & Development Administrator will need,

  • Previous experience within Learning & Development highly desirable
  • Experience in online learning or using a Learning Management System advantageous
  • Strong organisational, verbal and written communication skills essential
  • Excellent MS Office skills are a must
  • The ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines required
