***Learning & Development Administrator***A super new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and efficient Learning & Development Administrator to join our clients who are enjoying business growth. Ideally you will have experience with online learning and using a Learning Management System. Note that this is a temp to perm part-time position for 20 hours a week over 3 days (these hours/days could increase in the future) office or hybrid working offered.Salary - c.£30-34K (full time equivalent) pro rata depending on experienceKey responsibilities for the Learning & Development Administrator include,
- All aspects of user account management (account creation, assignment of learnings, reporting, troubleshooting)
- Uploading content into Learning Management System (documents, eLearnings, videos etc.)
- Webinar scheduling via Zoom and Teams meetings
- Completion reporting
- Mailbox monitoring
- Maintenance of documents/records associated with the Learning Management System
- Management of CPD accreditations
- Production support during online training programmes (training will be provided)
- Management of registrations and communications
The ideal Learning & Development Administrator will need,
- Previous experience within Learning & Development highly desirable
- Experience in online learning or using a Learning Management System advantageous
- Strong organisational, verbal and written communication skills essential
- Excellent MS Office skills are a must
- The ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines required
