This creative and vibrant Interior Design and Architectural Studio work with both private high-end residential and commercial clients, offering a bespoke service covering interior architecture, design, styling and furnishing.
Increasingly busy with lots of exciting new projects starting they are looking for a new mid-weight to senior Interior Designer to join their team and work on projects from concept to completion.
Main Duties include:
- Managing projects independently or as part of a team.
- Preparation of detailed and accurate drawings, designs, plans and schemes.
- Taking responsibility for multiple projects from concept through to installation and styling.
- Producing accurate schedules for manufacturers.
- Sourcing and specifying products in line with set client budgets.
- Producing comprehensive and professional branded mood boards for presentations to clients.
- Liaising with clients and managing on-site installation.
Skills and Experience expected from the Interior Designer:
- Strong technical drawing skills using VectorWorks with experience of EstiMac an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for Mac.
- Experience of running large-scale projects in the high-end residential sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and visual. The job will involve dealing with clients or suppliers, either in person or over the telephone. The ability to visualise concepts and communicate them to others is also important.
- A great eye for design and colour, with good 3D and spatial awareness.
- Ability to create and develop conceptual designs that would seamlessly integrate with their portfolio including the skill of using colour and texture with great attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E suppliers

You will be working in a bright and modern multidisciplinary design studio with client meeting and design rooms located in the heart of the Town Centre with good access to main road links (A3 / A31 / M25).
Hours are 9:00am to 5.00pm (Monday-Friday).
