High Net Worth Insurance Account Executive

Are you an experienced insurance professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients?
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Private Clients Account Executive to join our clients dynamic team. In this key role, you will manage the insurance needs of private clients, providing expert advice, handling renewals, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions, ensuring their requirements are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
With a focus on client retention and service excellence, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in the private clients sector, looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management: Daily administration of insurance requirements, including queries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, quotations, closing sales, and invoicing premiums.
Professional Client Advice: Providing high-level, professional advice to clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Retention & New Business: Contributing to client retention and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll also work towards conversion of new clients.
Documentation: Produce and issue summaries, reports, and renewal documents. Ensure contract certainty and collection of premiums.
Coordination: Collaborate with clients to establish strategies for renewals and new business.
Client Visits: Attend client visits when needed to ensure strong relationships.
Experience & Qualifications:
Private Clients Focus: Previous experience in the MNW (Mid Net Worth) & HNW (High Net Worth) sectors.
Cert CII: You should either be qualified or working towards the Cert CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) qualification.
Skills & Knowledge:
Insurance Knowledge: Proficient in insurance sectors, especially for Private Clients. Experience with Acturis is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise: A good level of technical insurance skills, with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to process work quickly and prioritize effectively.
Client Service: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
Ethical Standards: Must align with the company’s values, such as integrity, respect, accountability, and excellence.
Additional Responsibilities:
Resolve queries efficiently, ensuring no impact on credit control or insurer reconciliation.
Keep knowledge up to date with ongoing professional development (CII courses, e-learning, etc.).
Ensure all actions and documentation comply with GDPR and Treating Customers Fairly policy.
