OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and tools, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role is crucial in supporting decision-making processes and enhancing business performance through effective data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for various projects.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within the organisation.
  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing data-driven insights during project management phases.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that complex information is easily understood.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Familiarity with server management and database systems is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future trends based on historical data.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to smash through large datasets efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
