Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for various projects.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within the organisation.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing data-driven insights during project management phases.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that complex information is easily understood.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Familiarity with server management and database systems is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future trends based on historical data.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to smash through large datasets efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
