A prominent Legal 500 firm based in Farnham is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their dynamic team.You will manage a high-quality caseload, with responsibilities that include managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Experience with retirement properties, shared ownership, and equity release is advantageous but not essential.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
  • Conducting title checks and searches
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships
