Bramah HR are recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join a well established business in their conveyancing department. An ideal role for an individual with similar previous experience and knowledge of the conveyancing process. This is fast paced customer facing role that would suit an enthusiastic individual who is highly organised and is keen to deliver an excellent service for the organisation's clients! Responsibilities: - To manage the conveyancing process with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors providing up to date information and outlining specified time lines. - To deal with all incoming client queries via telephone, email and in person.- To provide full administrative support in drafting contracts, dealing with post exchange administration, preparing COTS and carrying out final searches. Skills:- Previous experience with the conveyancing process and understanding of the process in general. - Strong administration skills. - Good attention to detail. - Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
