Our client requires a legal administrator to provide administrative support to the Private Client department across the firm, proactively liaising with other support staff and fee earners to ensure a high-quality service provision for clients.

Hours: 35hrs per week and office based in Farnham.

To start ASAP for 8 weeks.

Legal Administrator - key responsibilities.

  • Dealing with new client enquiries
  • Initiating the creation of, and drafting client care documentation
  • Preparing file notes of work carried out
  • Assist the fee earners and support staff with administration and management of matters
  • Regularly liaise with fee earners over tasks and updating them
  • Keeping the CRM up to date
  • Dealing with all work delegated by fee earners and support staff
  • Regular communication with clients and third parties
  • Producing invoices, taking payments, and liaising with accounts
  • File administration and archiving
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all the firm’s and client’s documentation and information

Legal Administrator - skills and attributes

  • A law graduate or have strong administration experience including preparation of documents, management of CRM client records, etc.
  • MS Word & Outlook experience
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Enthusiasm to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Happy to be office based in Farnham 5 days per week
