We are seeking a dedicated Dispute Resolution Secretary to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial support, ensuring smooth operations within the dispute resolution department. This role is suited for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing a busy workload.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide full secretarial support to the dispute resolution team, including managing correspondence, documents, and emails.
  • Organise and maintain diaries, schedule appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to coordinate activities and information.
  • Assist with the preparation of court bundles and other legal materials.
  • Maintain and update case management systems and client files.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary, preferably within dispute resolution or a similar field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
