Job description

  • Support the internal divisions with a large variety of administrative duties including diary management and processing compliance tasks.
  • Working efficiently internally in a team dynamic and making sure that all procedures are being met on a consistent basis.
  • Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner and providing a solution including updates on orders.
  • Using Word, Excel and Outlook software systems to ensure that all information is being uploaded correctly.
  • Processing all compliance duties with excellent attention to detail being applied at all times.
