Role: Production Manager
Location: Crondall, Farnham

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm
Platinum Recruitment are currently supporting a winery in search for a Head of Production / Production Manager. You will be involved with the production of a range of quality wines, including sparkling & still from vineyards across the UK
What's in it for you?

- 50% office based & 50% in the warehouse

What's involved?
- Manage all production & warehouse operations
- Oversee bottling, riddling, disgorging, labelling & warehousing
- Maintenance & repair on high spec winery machinery
- Stock control & ordering
- Review, update and implement SOPs
- Manage small team of production operations
- Heavy lifting up to 20kg
Forklift license is desirable but not essential - the company are willing to provide training.
Wine experience is preferred, if not then previous work with liquid production or a brewery.
