***ADMINISTRATOR***We are delighted to be recruiting an efficient office-based Administrator with good IT skills to join a small friendly team. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the team, suppliers, clients and engineers assisting with a range of administrative tasks to aid the smooth running of the office. Our client is looking for someone who is seeking a long term position where they can become a vital source of support for the team. You will need to be well-presented with a friendly and professional telephone manner, reliable and have a 'can do' approach. Previous office administrative experience essential. Salary £28-32K depending on experience Key responsibilities for the Administrator include,
- Professionally manage in-coming calls, take accurate messages
- Meet & greet visitors, provide refreshments and passes as required
- Manage the meeting room bookings where required
- Managing the workforce planner, assist in coordinating site staff
- Accurately updating the company database
- Managing customer orders and updates
- Assist with a variety of documentation preparation i.e contract reviews, site risk assessments etc
The ideal Administrator will need the following,
- Previous experience within a similar office administrative role
- Confident computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be well-presented with professional verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills essential
- Full UK driving licence required, free on-site parking
This Administrator role would suit a professional, self-motivated, proactive, flexible person who enjoys a varied role where they are supporting the wider team.Hours are 8am-5pm, 40 hours paid a week with 1 hour lunch break
