Job Description

You will be tasked with overseeing an office-based team of people providing off-site customer support via a network of engineers. Responsibilities

  • Oversee smooth running of a busy office environment
  • Provide support and mentoring to the in-house team
  • Implement and maintain systems to ensure complete customer service
  • Senior management meeting attendance & reporting

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary to £50,000
  • Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours
