Job Description

As a Service Controller, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the service operations for our fleet of mobile technicians. Your role will involve scheduling maintenance, liaising with clients, and ensuring that all service activities are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage service schedules for the mobile technicians.
Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and provide timely updates.
Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with company standards.
Handle service-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in a service coordination or similar role, preferably within the automotive or logistics industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000

Ideal working week of 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
