Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing: My client, a renowned high-spec residential contractor based in Farnham, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of luxury residential projects, from tender to final account. You’ll work directly with the Head of Commercial, gaining invaluable experience in delivering bespoke homes to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include managing project costs, liaising with clients, preparing valuations, and ensuring projects remain on budget. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on prestigious projects in the high-end residential market while further developing your career.
