My client, a well-established high-spec residential contractor, is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. Based in Farnham, you’ll play a key role in managing the financial side of luxury residential builds, handling everything from initial costings to final account sign-off.
Working alongside the Head of Commercial, you’ll gain invaluable experience in high-end project delivery. Responsibilities will include cost management, valuations, client liaison, and ensuring projects stay on budget.
