The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team full-time in Farnham. You will be a key part of a busy and supportive conveyancing team, working with first-time buyers, seasoned property developers, and private clients. You'll manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases for freehold and leasehold propeties, mortgages, and development sales. With a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience, you'll help ease the stresses of property transactions by providing expert guidance and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing sales and purchases of all kinds of properties, including freehold and leasehold
  • Drafting and managing declaration of trust documents
  • Assisting with site acquisition and assembly for developers
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all conveyancing tasks while maintaining excellent client relations
