Our client's Farnham office is seeking a hungry Recruitment Consultant who is eager to succeed and build a strong desk within a very established brand, it will not be from scratch!

They have openings in their team to work on established areas within the finance team, and unlike some of their competitors, you will not be given a business area to develop from scratch.
They proudly offer an industry-leading commission scheme, run quarterly incentives and recognise performance whatever your position level.

Instead, you will be given full support from the team and will be appointed your own mentor, who will be responsible for professional development and your career journey with our client.

Key skills & experience:
- Strong communications skills — both written and verbal
- Confident in approach
- Looking to develop a career in recruitment sales
- Recruitment or sales experience
- Target-driven with a competitive nature
- Ability to work within a team
