We are actively hiring a recruitment consultant with D365 or NetSuite experience to joining a thriving IT recruitment consultancy specialising in ERP recruitment.

You will leverage your understanding of the D365 or NetSuite ecosystem and develop recruitment strategies to build relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

We are looking for a candidate with a recruitment background, that wants to do a 360 role working in a fast paced environment, recruiting both UK and International contractors and permanent staff.

As a Recruitment consultant you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Become knowledgeable within the Specialist market place and learn all aspects of the business
  • Negotiate terms with clients
  • Qualify candidates
  • Resource candidates using the database, job boards and LinkedIn
  • Successfully place candidates and achieve monthly targets
  • Be proficient in telephone canvassing and new business development
  • Attend client meetings
  • Maintain and understand online advertising
  • Manage the candidate placement procedure
  • Maintain the internal database and ensure you are compliant with GDPR and develop a good understanding of IR35 regulations.

The ideal Recruitment candidate will:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably D365 or NetSuite
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the D365F&O or NetSuite ecosystem, including its modules, implementation processes, and key job roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
