Salary - 50,000 DOE
Role Overview:
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising a company's service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the recruitment and management of the Service team
- Optimising team structure and ensuring adequate coverage for all roles
- Achieving budgetary targets
- Business Development - Securing new project opportunities
- Addressing people challenges and managing work in progress
- Resolving customer queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participating in marketing campaigns to generate new business
- Your primary responsibilities will include
Essential Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A valid driving license
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Experience in implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
