Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young adults? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join a small residential service in Farnham. This home provides care and support for children up to the age of 18 and is currently supporting two young people.

Senior Support Worker's Salary: Up to 33,500 + 50 per sleep-in (minimum 1 per week)

Location: Farnham

About the role:
You will play a key role in supporting children and young adults, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a caring and supportive environment where your skills and experience will be valued.

Hours are a combination of early shifts ( 7.30 - 15.00), late shifts (14 - 23.00) , long days (7.30 - 23.00) and sleep-in (23.00 - 7.30)

Senior Support Worker Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification (e.g., a degree in Health and Social Care) or currently working towards it.
  • Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is essential-candidates without one will not be considered.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting is required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capability to mentor and support others
