Position: Service Controller
Location: Farnham Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: 27,000 - 29,000 per annum

Are you an organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where teamwork and efficiency are key? My clients are seeking a dedicated Service Controller to join their team at a leading Plant Main Dealer in the Farnham area.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination: Manage and allocate service engineers from your designated depot.
Scheduling: Book all breakdowns and logged jobs for your area, ensuring smooth operations.
Administration: Input engineers' timesheets and process invoicing for all completed repair work.
Customer Service: Answer incoming calls promptly and effectively, prioritizing urgent requests.
