Vanta Staffing is seeking a Vehicle Technician for a client in the Farnham area, offering a full-time position with 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Vehicle Technician

Vanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to work for our client based in the Farnham area. This will involve general Admin work; this role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company.

Experience:

You must have detailed experience as an HGV Mechanic and be familiar with modern commercial vehicles
You will be working on modern fleet of commercial vehicles to include tractor units and rigid commercial vehicles

Skills:

In order to qualify for the role, the successful Vehicle Technician will have industry recognised qualifications (NVQ or City & Guilds).
You must have detailed experience as an HGV Mechanic and be familiar with modern commercial vehicles.
Hold a full UK driving Licence

Main Duities:

Duties range from correction of running defects to full vehicle overhauls, diagnostics and everything in between.
You will also be required to undertake pre MOT checks and undertake any repairs that are required
You will be working on a modern fleet of commercial vehicles to include tractor units and rigid commercial vehicles

Job Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 Depending on experience
